OSCA Foundation Car Boot Sales
The Car Boot Sales at OSCA Foundation are held every 2 weeks and are open to everybody.
Car Boot Booking Conditions
Thank you for requesting a booking for our car boot. We aim to try and make this as straight forward as possible, however, due to a number of no-shows in the past, we have found ourselves in the position of having to introduce a few conditions of booking acceptance, which we have listed below. Please read these carefully. Payment of the table fee (£5) will be treated as your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Bookings

All booking are made on a first come first basis.

Sellers are welcome to book a spot in advance.

All booking are provisional until a booking reference has been issued to you by OSCA Foundation.

All bookings (provisional and confirmed) may be cancelled by OSCA foundation at any time if any of the following arises:

OSCA foundation believe it is not safe for the event to run.

Provisional bookings have not been confirmed by payment of the appropriate table fee.
If an individual has not arrived by 8.20am, OSCA foundation may, at their discretion, offer the table to another individual. This will not take place if the person with the booking contacts us prior to this time to advise us they are running late but will still be attending. No refund will be available in these circumstances.

Payment of Table Fees

On receipt of the booking request, OSCA foundation will arrange for a PAYMENT LINK to be issued to either the email or phone number provided at the time of booking.

The payment link will request payment of the appropriate table fee, based on the details provided by the booker, at the time of booking. This must be paid by midnight on the Thursday prior to the Car Boot sale or the date provided in your communications with OSCA.

On receipt of the payment a booking reference will be issued to the same channel as the booking request.

All table fees are non-refundable.

If payment of the table fee is not made before the due date, the booking will be cancelled, and the table reallocated to individuals on the reserve list. No responsibility can be accepted by OSCA foundation for any expenses incurred in these situations.

The normal date by which the payment is required in 23:59hrs on the Thursday prior to the sale date.

Late bookings will be given an extension dependant on the date of the booking. This will be confirmed when the payment request is issued.
Cancellations / Refunds

All table fees are paid on the basis that they are non-refundable.

If it is deemed necessary by OSCA Foundation to cancel a sale, all fees paid will be refunded in full.

If an individual cancels their booking, the table fee may be refunded at the discretion of OSCA Foundation if:-

Sufficient notice has been given, and;

OSCA foundation has been able to re-allocate the table to another individual, and;

The reason for the cancelation can be shown to be outside of the bookers control.
Except as stated above, no refunds of table fees will be made.
